Artist and designer, Richard Pietruska, is one of the newest members of the Automobile Fine Art Society or AFAS.

He has been teaching at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena for the past three decades. He teaches in the Transportation and Product Design Department and has taught many of the top automotive designers in the US and Japan, as well as other parts of the world.

He won the Fisher Body Craftsman’s Guild competition in High School and received a scholarship to study automotive design at the Art Center. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Automotive Design and a Masters of Fine Arts Degree from the Art Center College of Design.
